ALUMNI DAY - CANCELLED

The MHSAA Board regrets to announce our annual Alumni Day scheduled for Sept 11th has been cancelled.
MHS officials have informed us that the extensive remodeling/repair of the Gym complex will not be completed enough for safe use.
We had hoped to move the event to the newly renovated Morrison Hall however much of the Gyms contents are being stored there. In addition, there is a lot of large construction equipment on campus and we would not have access to the pool or the boats.
We are all extremely disappointed to cancel this year but it is an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control. We hope to reschedule for June 2011.
I will personally be contacting everyone who made a dinner reservation regarding refunding of any money paid.
We will still be doing the raffle and urge anyone who has sold tickets to send the tickets and money to us by Friday Sept 10th.
On another note; this is an election year for MHSAA Board member positions. We invite anyone interested in being on the board to contact us for an application. Only dues paid members can hold an office and vote in the election so please pay your dues and get involved!
